Our Shipping Policy

• We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but please understand that we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during transit.

• We will provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date, but please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

• If you are waiting for an order to arrive we recommend checking the tracking number that has been provided to you and then ringing the postal company that has been contracted.

• Once your order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it to you in a timely and safe manner.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve the issue.

• By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that we will not be held liable for any goods damaged in transit and that any such damages will be handled by the carrier as per their terms and conditions.

• Quintessa Creations NZ may provide replacements or store credit at its sole discretion however is not bond to do so whether implied or otherwise.

Our Return Policy

• Due to the nature of the business please note we do not accept returns. If an item is defective please see our warranty as to workmanship below.

• Please contact us immediately if you have ordered an item in error as there is a delay between order and fulfillment we maybe able to cancel the order prior to the item/s being dispatched.

Warranty at Quintessa Creations NZ

• At Quintessa Creations NZ we take pride in the quality of our workmanship, however, as each piece is individually crafted errors may occur. If you receive an item you think is defective please contact us within seven days of receiving your order and we shall try to reach a resolution.

• Such resolution may include refund, store credit or replacement or any combination of and is at the sole discretion of Quintessa Creations NZ

• Please note Quintessa Creations NZ is not bound to refund the purchase price, however if it is refunded, the delivery fee and an administration charge of $4.99 plus GST, shall be deducted from said refund.

• Please note that as each crystal is uniquely formed and any replacement crystal may not be exactly the same shape as the one originally purchased.
